FOH MANAGER
The Front of House Manager role is key in retaining excellent relationships with clients, patrons, and contractors, to continue to deliver unforgettable experiences which the Isaac Theatre Royal prides itself on.
Reporting to the Event Manager, the FOH Manager is responsible for managing the front of house operations for events at the ITR. This includes; managing staff – floor supervisors and ushers. Managing contractors – security, medical providers, merchandising and ticketing staff. Liaising with duty bar managers and bar staff as well as the venue technicians on duty. Communicating effectively with the designated client representatives as well to ensure the event runs smoothly. They will also be responsible for completing preshow checks, post event reports and performing an important role in the venue’s safety protocols which includes undertaking the role of Chief Fire Warden.

BAR AND USHER STAFF
We are looking for energetic and reliable team players to join our hard-working hospitality team.
You will preferably already have hospitality experience, working in a bar, café or restaurant environment and be interested in part time evening and weekend shift work.
The roles will be focused on providing an excellent standard of customer service to our patrons as well as supporting the rest of the bar/ FOH / BOH teams where necessary.
We will provide further training where required.

STAGE DOOR STAFF
The Stage Door Security is responsible for maintaining a safe backstage entrance by controlling the stage door, driveway and all adjacent doors and stairs. As well as this, the role includes having an overview of the total numbers of people in the backstage area and ensure that no individual without access rights enters backstage. Work is performed under the general direction of the Venue Technician but also has a fundamental responsibility to the public, patrons, and in turn extending to casual staff and contractors.
This job would suit someone who has a flexible schedule and is open to picking up shifts at late notice.
