Edgar Allen Impro

Sun 28 October 2018
Gloucester Room

The works of Edgar Allan Poe get new life in this improvised homage to one of the masters of terror and suspense – but whether you’re shaking with fear or shuddering with laughter remains to be seen!

Inspired by the complete works of Poe, audience suggestions and their own wits (as well as a few “Treehouse of Horror” episodes of The Simpsons), performers Jeff Clark and Scott Koorey, aided by the haunting sounds of musician Kris Finnerty, dance with the macabre to scare and entertain you. If you’re scared, it’s horror. If you’re not, it’s comedy!

Creepy, kooky, mysterious and spooky, Edgar Allan Impro is a show you’ve never seen before – and may never see again!

Proudly presented as part of FoUND: Festival of the (Un)Dead with the generous support of Christchurch City Council, Isaac Theatre Royal, Mainland Foundation and Pub Charity
