Tutors:

Annabel Brodie:

Annabel has done drama throughout her childhood and found a passion for teaching performing arts. She trained at Excel School of Performing Arts in Auckland and then for the successive two years, at Hagley Theatre Company in Christchurch. Annabel taught year nine and ten high school level drama and has run holiday programme drama workshops through various organisations. Annabel brings energy and excitement to her teaching and loves bringing out imagination and creativity in children. Annabel is currently a teacher at Canvas Bag Drama School and is completing her bachelor’s degree in Teaching and Learning in Primary School Education at Canterbury University.

Josiah Morgan:

Josiah believes that involvement with the arts is a journey of constant learning, central to his belief system as an artist is openness, honesty, and punctuality. He is an author of poetry and prose; with his first book coming out in 2019 and his second scheduled for release in late 2020. Josiah’s practice has embraced amateur theatre, combined with the occasional professional or semi-professional role.
