- All merchandise will be collected on site on the day of the show, some exceptions may apply.
- FANE will offer a refund or exchange of ticket if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the relevant venue, promoter or person responsible for the event (the “Seller”) (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event), or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). If a VIP event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the Seller then all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased..
- If applicable, Early Entry refers to first access onto the floor, there is no sectioned off area (unless otherwise stated).
- The Seller is not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of purchase which may result in undelivered product.
- All VIP offers and experience purchases may vary market-by market and are subject to modification where reasonably required by a Seller. Any required changes to purchased VIP experience purchases will be communicated promptly to your email address provided or other contact details. Where an inclusion or experience in a VIP package is no longer available the Seller will use reasonable endeavours to substitute for another inclusion or experience of equivalent value.
