We’re excited to welcome Singing Stars back to the Isaac Theatre Royal for Term 2, with Drama Classes and Musical Theatre Classes! It’s always a joy to see our spaces come alive with young performers discovering their voices, building confidence and exploring the magic of music and theatre.
Singing Stars offers fun, supportive workshops that introduce children to singing, drama and musical theatre in a professional theatre environment. Led by passionate, experienced music tutors, the programme nurtures creativity, self-expression and a lifelong love of the arts.
The drama classes for kids aged 7 to 18 offer a dynamic and engaging program designed to cultivate creativity, confidence, and expressive skills through the art of acting. Students will explore various aspects of dramatic performance, including improvisation, character development, script analysis, and stage presence. The curriculum is thoughtfully structured to accommodate a range of skill levels, allowing both beginners and experienced young actors to benefit from the classes. Through a series of fun and interactive exercises, students will develop their acting abilities, hone their storytelling techniques, and learn to effectively communicate emotions and ideas on stage.
The musical theatre classes cater to individuals aged 7 to 18, offering a comprehensive program that combines singing, acting, and dancing to provide a well-rounded theatrical experience. Students will have the opportunity to explore various aspects of musical theatre, including vocal training, stage performance, character development, and choreography.
