Hwyl Theatre is proud to present a Canterbury wide theatre company for those aged 13-18 who will create a professional level production in one week, in collaboration with the Isaac Theatre Royal.
A program that will present a professional show with high production value, rehearsed over a longer intensive period. This show will be youth theatre that reflects the standards of professional theatre. So, on Monday 20th January 2025, the first company of the Canterbury Youth Theatre will walk into the Isaac Theatre Royal to rehearse our inaugural production: A Midsummer Night’s Dream by William Shakespeare
